Exceptional staff, delicious food, beautiful hiking areas nearby, convenient parking, great for families.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was evident, with updated bathrooms and rooms that even had bathtubs. Lastly, the location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes and a bus station downhill for a convenient first run in the morning. The breakfast spread was also delicious and provided a great start to the day.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

We stayed in a great location with a free shuttle to the bus station downhill, making it easy to get the first run in the slope. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very friendly. The spa and sauna areas were terrific and provided a great way to wind down after a day in the excellent ski area.

Sadly, the bathroom in our room was very dated and in need of an upgrade.

The hotel facilities were great, including a free sauna with a variety of options. The breakfast and dinner were fantastic, and the hotel was very clean.

The food was absolutely amazing and the staff were so helpful and friendly. the hotel had incredible views of the surrounding area, which made for a memorable experience. the location was perfect, with plenty of activities and areas to explore.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some modernization. the shuttle service to the nearby ski lift was not very convenient.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the beautiful Dolomites. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure I had a fantastic holiday. The food served at the hotel was simply fantastic, with a great selection of vegetarian options available. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the incredible hiking trails in the area and the whirlpool was a wonderful way to relax at the end of a long day in the mountains. I also loved the spacious rooms with updated bathrooms and the delicious breakfast every morning.

Everything was absolutely perfect.

The hotel is located in an excellent ski area, with slopes just a short distance away. You can easily catch a bus downhill to the bus station and quickly get to the slopes. This allows you to be one of the first to enjoy the fresh snow in the morning. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, making sure that all your needs are met. The rooms are comfortable and come with bathtubs, which is a great bonus after a long day on the slopes. Lastly, the breakfast provided at this hotel is delicious and provides a good start to your day of skiing.

All aspects of our stay were exceptional.

The hotel had a convenient location close to the hiking areas and had a good breakfast with delicious food. The staff were exceptional in their friendliness and approachability. We also enjoyed the free sauna that had features such as whirpool, solarium, medicated sauna and aroma sauna, which helped us to drive away our fatigue.

That the bus schedule to the ski lift only runs from 8:30 am, the same time that the lift opens, so you cannot be the first one on the slopes. Another small disadvantage was the quality and design of the bathroom, which had some gaps for improvement.
